What Options Do I Have For Nursing Tuition In California?

I’m thinking of trying to get a BS in nursing and since I already have a 4 year degree I can go for a ABSN which just means that I can get my BS in about 2 years instead of one. However, the tuition is skyrocketing; anywhere from $60,000 to over $86,000 and I’m wondering what options I have other than the standard college loan.
And ideas would be appreciated but, please, don’t just say “scholarship” and move on. Be specific.
